Welcome

EagleWings DREAYM BYG ASSOCIATION, INC. (EWDBA), is a non-profit organization that provides assistance through enhanced programs, such as professional skill and development training, social leadership coaching (developing leaders of tomorrow), positive mentoring pairings, and facilitated service projects.   We acknowledge the need for change, and we recognize the lack of structured programs for athletic scholars that help to shape their character and the development of good habits, while perfecting their athletic abilities. In order to develop good habits that will enable them to reach their fullest potential, we set out to empower coaches, individuals, and their families by enhancing their personal growth, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, emotional, and professional development. What will set us apart from the competition are the programs and partnerships that we implement to enable our members to reach their fullest potential while they Dare 2 Dream when preparing to Soar 2 Success.

Typically, an “all-around athlete” is known as an individual who competes in multiple sports at a high level of competition. At EWDBA, we enhance the meaning to include “one who is athletically gifted and displays a high level of integrity, respect, responsibility, leadership and service to the community.” Our strategy is based on targeting a specific portion of the total sports industry. Ideally, our target niche market segment is basketball-student-athletes that are high achievers in both areas, which could offer many competitive advantages.
