Our vision is simple! By creating the leaders of tomorrow, today, we are helping them to “Dare 2 Dream”, as we empower our members to “Soar 2 Success”. Our objective is to identify the athletic scholars who are often overlooked by college recruiters, which often lowers their self-esteem, and we offer a positive support system to help avoid the pitfalls that could possibly derail their lives.
These programs are implemented by a team of Dream Releaser Coaches (DRC) and are designed to help prepare them for life during and after college.
The mission of EWDBA is the pursuit of the following principles:
- Accountability: The focus of EWDBA is to empower its members to establish goals and follow through on commitments.
- Commitment: EWDBA strives to inspire pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and instill a sense of hope in the future.
- Opportunity: EWDBA hopes to expand the perception of athletic scholars and apprise them of life’s possibilities.
- Empowerment: Because EWDBA believes individuals can be dramatically influenced by their surroundings, we strive to surround our members with successful coaches in a caring, inclusive learning/training environment through mentoring programs and facilitated service projects in the community.
